A refund request must be raised within 3 days of the original purchase date.
The request should be sent by email to info@ecommerceindia.in and must include the reason for the request together with relevant purchase details.
Refund approval is subject to review by Ecommerce India and depends on the status of the service and the reason given.
Services Initiation
The policy states that no refund will be issued once the purchased service has already been initiated.
Service initiation can include activities such as account review, onboarding work, consultation, planning, campaign preparation, catalogue work, or other execution steps started by the team.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be sent to info@ecommerceindia.in.
Include your full name, contact details, purchase reference, date of payment, and a clear explanation of why the refund is being requested so the request can be reviewed efficiently.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, Ecommerce India states that it will process the refund within 7 business days.
The actual credit timing may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or payment gateway used for the original transaction.
